Meet Your BWRT® Therapist
Magali Lelong Boeckem
certified BWRT® Level 3 Practitioner
For a long time, I did what many of us do—I kept going. I pushed through the stress, the trauma, the signs of burnout, telling myself I just needed to be stronger. That I had to hold it together. That eventually, it would get better if I worked hard enough.
But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right.
The truth is, no amount of willpower can override a nervous system stuck in survival mode. I wasn’t broken. I was overwhelmed. Exhausted. Disconnected from myself. What I needed wasn’t to fight harder—but to find a new way forward.
That search led me to BWRT®—a therapy that doesn’t require reliving old wounds, but instead works directly with the patterns and responses that keep us stuck. It helped me reconnect with who I truly am, and made healing feel not just possible, but safe.
Today, I help others do the same.
Because you’re not weak. You’re not too much. You’re not your story.
You’re human. And you deserve support that meets you there—with honesty, with compassion, and with tools that actually work.
You’re not broken. You’re human. And sometimes, being human means carrying stories, patterns, or pain that don’t feel like yours—but that still shape how you live

Healing doesn’t have to be dramatic or painful. In fact, the brain often learns best when it feels safe, calm, and gently guided.
In our work together, we won’t dig through your past or force you to relive painful memories.
Instead, we’ll work at the level of the brain’s natural response system—right at the point where patterns begin. And from there, we’ll gently shift what’s no longer serving you.
I am trained to work with complex trauma, addictions, and identity issues.
Each Session Is:
- Collaborative
- Compassionate
- Tailored to how your brain works
Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected, or simply ready for something more—this work can help you get there.
More importantly, I bring lived experience, deep empathy, and a belief in your capacity to transform.
My background also includes:
- Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté) – Exploring the roots of emotional pain with presence and curiosity
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ICF ACC Coach) – Helping you rewire thought patterns
- Timeline Therapy – Shifting subconscious beliefs held in memory and emotion
SUCCESS STORIES
Hear Stories of Positive Change.
Real People. Real Transformations.
BWRT® isn’t just theory—it’s real change in real lives.
Here are a few examples of how this work has helped people feel free, grounded, and whole again.
After the sudden loss of her partner, “Claire” felt trapped in waves of guilt, sadness, and anger. She didn’t want to erase the pain—but she wanted to be able to breathe again. In 4 BWRT® sessions, we gently rewired the automatic guilt responses keeping her stuck. Now, she can remember her partner with love, without being overwhelmed by emotion.
Jonas,” a professional musician, was plagued by intense stage fright before big performances—despite years of training. With BWRT®, we pinpointed a subconscious fear tied to a single humiliating childhood event. After just two sessions, the performance anxiety lifted.
Case: Compulsive Sexual Behavior & Identity Conflict "Julien" had been trapped in cycles of compulsive sexual behavior for over a decade. He had tried to quit many times, only to relapse—each time feeling more shame, confusion, and disconnection from who he really was. Through BWRT Level 2, we uncovered a deep-rooted survival strategy shaped by early emotional neglect. After 6 sessions, he no longer felt “possessed” by urges. He reconnected to a deeper sense of self—not through willpower, but through brain change.
“Marc” was a high performer in business, but constantly found himself procrastinating before big deadlines or opportunities. He described it as “a part of me holding me back.” We used BWRT® to work directly with that part—releasing old fear patterns linked to childhood criticism. He now reports feeling clear, focused, and excited instead of frozen.
Case: Porn Addiction Masking Emotional Abandonment “Sam” came for help with porn addiction—but what we found underneath was grief. As a child, he had felt invisible and emotionally dismissed. The compulsive behavior was a way to soothe an old wound. With BWRT®, we didn’t focus on the porn. We worked directly with the brain's mistaken “survival pattern.” The cravings faded—and for the first time, so did the self-hatred.
Case: Identity Disruption Post-Religious Trauma “Ali” grew up in a strict religious environment where parts of himself had to be hidden to feel loved and accepted. As an adult, he struggled with a fragmented sense of identity, anxiety, and an addictive coping strategy. Using BWRT Level 2 identity protocol, we helped him safely dissolve the conflict between “who I am” and “who I had to be.” Over 10 sessions, he began to feel whole—not split.

Lena” came to me after years of struggling with sudden panic attacks—often without warning, and especially in crowded places. After just 3 BWRT® sessions, her brain stopped reacting with the old panic response. Today, she moves through busy airports and train stations with a calm confidence she hadn’t felt in years.
